 We have been on the forefront of service to the Etch industry from our beginning.  We rebuild the Etcher from the ground up while maintaining the original design, and incorporating unique systems improvements to enhance performance and serviceability.  With our thorough approach to product enhancement, we are able to deliver an Etcher with performance characteristics equivalent to that of the original unit.  The quality goes in before the I.S.S. seal of approval goes on.

Cost Effective Etching SolutionsLam Research developed the AUTOETCH in the early 1980’s to meet the industry’s requirement of less than 1 micron line width. In the late 1980’s the industry’s requirement for smaller line width inspired the creation of the RAINBOW series Etchers. Rainbow has a line width size of 0.5 micron. In the early 1990’s, with continued requirements of smaller line width, LAM developed the TCP Etcher which is capable of maintaining a line width of 0.35 micron.
